yoooo doublereeders! it has been 89403758 years since i last blog. hoho. initially wanted to blog yesterday about my top ten something something (don’t tell you! haha, another day then) but my com being old and gay decided to die on me o.O soooo, since christine sent me all the pictures from the concert yesterday, i shall blog about SSO’s the beauty of Beethoven’s concert instead (:

ah! we went for the concert because being enthu-band-people, we wanted to hear symphony no 7! (no la, its because we watched nodame and wanted to go there and imagine chiaki conducting.hot conductor eh. HAHAHA.)

supposed to meet the rest at 4.45 at city hall, but all of us reached at 5+++++ because i-dont-know-who was late. and we decided to go eat swensens because the asian kitchen that was supposed to be there (according to hong) closed down (?) HAHA. then after the usual
gossiping talking about random people, we were off to the esplanade for the concert! yay! *starts to dance around*

omg, the concert is imba good okay. anddddd since i dont think fellow stalkers of the double reeds blog went for the concert, here’s a youtube video of symphony no 7! (not sso, but if you want the recording i can bluetooth you. hoho, illegal recording =x )

the bassoon in movement two is loveeeee! starts melting.

anywayyyy pictures!

oh oh, all of us were wearing skirt/dress because it was also breakthrough day! yay! and bassoonists all wearing dresses with bright colours (: bassoon colour! (:

erhem, like WHERE are the soccer match pictures? HAHA.
ps: the SSO conductor is sooooo cool! he waved to the audience before he left the stage. we should have bought the more expensive tickets! then we can sit more infront then i can wave to him too (:
pss: everyone should go and hear this bassoon solo from rite of spring (look below) ! i loveeeeeeee the bassoon sound alot X100000000000000000000. if anyone can play it for me, i think i will melt again and again and again infront of the person (:

We are back

HAPPY VESAK DAY!

Eh hello, the blog is like so seriously dead and the graduated ones are here to update!

Well, it's weird because we are updating our own photos, hoho. The juniors ah, u all ah, must update a bit mah! Must carry on our tradition! Aiyo, our names are in italics liao [i have changed it], we have grown old. Sian hor. HAHAHAHA.

Well, we went for the SWS youth concert to support Ching Hong, so in the process, 3 of your DBR seniors took some photos so as to revive this super dead blog as suggested by Siying. We only can take DBR photos outside the band room now since we can't go into the band room as it is deemed as illegal.

At least proper.

In case u all don't know, we are tryng to imitate those photos behind us.

Bassoonists.

So juniors, update! (: Random stuffs also can de! Just like us, we always update randomly. The soccer match is a gd oppurtunity to take some photos to post.
